Planet Four is a citizen science project where you can explore the surface of Mars and contribute to scientific research projects. In the spirit of the Mars Perseverance Rover landing this February 2021, I wanted to share how you can learn more about Mars and participate in authentic research.

Citizen Science is a great way to participate in scientific research projects from your digital device. You do not need to be a trained, professional scientist to do citizen science. Zooniverse is a website I use in my own classroom. Explore the surface of Mars and help scientists with their research efforts!
